We welcome you at M-Suites, and we are pleased to do our best to offer a safe, healthy, and calm environment for you and all occupants in the building.
Below are the services and regulations provided by M-Suites:
-Reservations &Payments should only be done during working hours and ON TIME.rental fees and security deposit always in advance, security deposit mandatory refundable at checkout only, all damages will be deducted from deposit amount.
- Cleaning:
- Noise:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
- It is strictly prohibited to possess or use Alcohol, Drugs, and Firearms inside the building.
- Other:
All the information mentioned above are accepted and approved by the renter once this agreement is signed.

- Cleaning:
- Rooms (suites) cleaning twice per week, linen change once per week,
- Garbage Bags, put the (bags) only after 9 pm daily.
- VISITORS : not allowed – except special cases , maybe one friend at the time during day time till 8 pm max(Family Members etc..) for short period .
- An electricity reading meter is provided for every apartment,
[one kilo what hour (x) half dollar] and the renter is responsible to pay for the cost of power supply inside the apartment. Electricity time sheet 16-17 hours during 24/hrs - 1.30 am (off) till 6.30 am(on). during summer time July -August - 2.30 am (off) till 7 am (on)
- Noise:
- Loud noise and disturbance are not allowed in the apartments anytime; and if a complaint is made on any renter concerning this issue, the management has the right to take any action or decision
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
- It is strictly prohibited to possess or use Alcohol, Drugs, and Firearms inside the building.
- Other:
- It is prohibited to put clothes on the room window.
- The management is not responsible for any theft or lost; Keep your valuable things with you. (Very Important)
- Entrance and hallways are equipped by cameras in order to preserve the occupants’ safety.
- The management working hours are as below:
Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM till 5:00pm. - A checklist mentioning all the room assets should be signed on check in.
- If a tenant wishes to leave the room, he/she should inform us twenty days before (minimum) on month better, or guest will lose the deposit amount.
- In case of any malfunction in the room, tenants must contact the dorm manager or the concierge.
All the information mentioned above are accepted and approved by the renter once this agreement is signed.
